Spring Renewal with Sivananda Yoga and Sound Bath (XXL yogaclass, English)

Join this special XXL class where we combine the powerful Sivananda Sequence with the healing sounds of Alchemy Crystal Bowls to cleanse, let go of what no longer serves, find deep relaxation and renewal.

In this new 2,5 hour XXL class we will focus on stillness and breath, allowing the body and mind to connect, following the guiding sounds of the crystal bowls. The sounds and the Yoga practice will unite and guide us most powerfully and gently into ourselves.

Alchemy Crystal Bowls are of the highest quality, 99.992% pure quartz crystal. Precious stones, minerals and precious metals are fused with quartz to create highly resonant and deeply transforming bowls. The pure tones cannot only be heard but you can also feel them in your body where certain tones touch your energy centers for healing, balance and meditation.

Hatha Yoga practice based on the Sivananda Sequence is a deeply cleansing and healing form of yoga from the Himalayas. All yoga poses are performed in an order to enhance the work of Prana ,clean the body of all the metabolic and energetic waist, while creating space for the new, fresh energy to enter. Sivananda practice moves through the body gradually, from the head down, stimulating and balancing chakras and work of the corresponding inner organs.

The practice finishes with long, well deserved Savasana and a deep surrender to the pure tones of the crystal bowls and a deep relaxation state. We’ll reemerge renewed.

Anyone can join this practice, there is no previous experience required.The class will be led by two teachers. Asia Jokiel will lead your breath and movement through the yoga practice and Micheala Kress will guide the practice with the sound of the Alchemy Crystal Bowls.
